Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Very Clean. We had a single (K) bed on the main floor... included a desk area; a couch & coffee table: a small table to dine at (for 2): Cooktop, sink, fridge, microwave and counter space; had some dishes and a couple of pots. I had my laptop and cell, both of which ran WiFi seamlessly. Staff was very pleasant! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, or stay here again.

Best hotel in redwater. Great prices. Very nice rooms. Staff are great. Only complaint is the parking lot was a skating rink. Not sure of they have ever heard of salting or graveling the parking lot but its a law suit waiting to happen. Not suitable for elderly people or anyone with disabilities

Update: 6yrs later This hotel feels like they're struggling to stay open. Doors not working, hottub floor peeling (be careful!), rust, no towels, water on the gym floor, dirty conditions in the bathroom, no HOT breakfast anymore. The amenities are still modern and definitely worth $80 per night. But overall maintenance is terrible. Great find. We frequently travel past redwater and this is our new favorite stop. For $100 we received a nice new modern hotel with very friendly staff. Complimentary hot breakfast and again friendly staff who were happy to visit. The location was the perfect place for us to spend the night before continuing on to Edmonton, allowing us to save about $60. We will be stopping here from now on instead of continuing to Edmonton only to arrive late and pay more.

Rooms were rather nice! The service was another story though. Some of the ladies were extremely delightful to talk to and were a major help, but some of them were very rude and difficult. Also, I as well as others had issues with being overcharged and being charged multiple times over. Overall not bad! Just depends who you get at the front desk.

Stayed here last week and couldn’t believe the value for money - 78 bucks on a Sunday night can’t be bad. Bed is comfy enough, linens and towels are kinda cheap but it was honestly just fine. I skipped breakfast as nothing caught my eye but coffee was ok Pretty ok really but please grit your carpark before someone hurts themselves - sheet ice everywhere. Rob

My room was very clean and everything worked well: coffee/tea maker; shower was nice and hot with good pressure; microwave; and fridge with small freezer compartment. The heater/airconditioner/fan worked once I figured out how to open the programmer on the wall. One downside was that the Inn was on the edge of town, so it was a bit of a walk to restaurants and such (but maybe nobody else walks anywhere anymore). Second downside was that I heard the train at 11:30 pm. Not sure it woke me up or if I was already awake, but I heard the train whistle. On the whole, I was happy with my stay and if we need to overnight in Redwater again, I will book here again.

Whenever I’m up in this area, this is where I prefer to stay. The rooms are clean and updated. The beds and linens are super comfortable. The suites are super roomy and I really appreciate having a small kitchen. There’s nothing to complain about here. The staff are great as well and so is the Continental breakfast.
